1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Growthlens (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Growthlens provides Instagram profile audits, AI-generated content hooks, and related growth tools. Outputs are produced using automated analysis and large language models; they are recommendations, not guarantees of any specific result.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and use a valid work email where required.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person; do not share credentials.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

  • The Service offers a free monthly quota and one-time top-up packs (including the Starter Pack).
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay. By purchasing, you agree to Razorpay’s terms.
  • Paid credits never expire while your account remains active.
  • Plan limits (such as maximum clients or audits) are enforced automatically.

5. Refunds

Because audits and hook generations consume compute and AI resources at the moment of use, credits and one-time purchases are non-refundable once consumed. If a purchase fails, is duplicated, or a feature is materially unavailable, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others.
  • Submit Instagram handles you do not have permission to analyse for commercial use.
  • Attempt to access private accounts or circumvent Instagram’s terms of service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its outputs as a competing offering.
  • Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with the Service’s security or use it to generate spam, malware, or fraud.

7. Third-party data

Audits rely on publicly available Instagram data. Growthlens is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. We do not guarantee that third-party data will remain available, accurate, or unchanged.

8. Intellectual property

The Growthlens platform, brand, design, and software are owned by us. Audit reports and hooks generated for you are yours to use for your business; however, you may not resell raw outputs as a standalone product or train competing AI models on them.

9. AI outputs

Outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying recommendations and generated copy before publishing. Growthlens is not liable for decisions made based on these outputs.

10. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen issues may affect availability.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security risk. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthlens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
